What is the earliest I can check-in?
2.00pm and onwards. If early check-in is required please contact us to see if we are able to accommodate.
Can I arrive late?
Yes. Reception closes at 8.00pm. If late arrival please contact us so we can leave a key out for you and place fresh milk and the Wi-Fi password in the room.

Do you have parking on site?
Yes – complementary and we are situated on 2 acres for parking of buses; trucks, boats and larger vehicles
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes.
Do you have a restaurant?
No. Please see our ‘Explore Merimbula” page for local and recommended restaurants.
Do you have breakfast available?
No. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions we no longer provide breakfast.
Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
Yes, our internet is complementary.
Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
Yes, we have a bbq, chairs and table by the pool.
How close are you to town?
We are conveniently located 1.4 kms from Merimbula town centre.
