Story

Baron and Janine purchased the Kingfisher Motel in 1999 and have occupied and operated it ever since.

Being an owner occupiued motel gives Janine and Baron the opportunity to provide their guests with some good old fashioned hostpitality, which is often missing from accomodation venues. Their warm welcome and friendly chats gives a real homely feel to the Kingfisher and it’s something they are really proud of.

Baron and Janine are passionate about the natural habitat of their residence and make sure that the Merimbula wildlife is protected and the natives birds are welcome to explore the property.
